Adrienne’s artwork is a vibrant reflection of her life experiences, capturing the essence of people, places, and moments through a dynamic interplay of media. She blends reality with imagination, infusing her work with rich colour and evocative atmosphere.
She has recently been experimenting with collage, in various media: fabrics, raw fleece, and other interesting artefacts. Occasionally the use of a poem can explain the built up scene in a particularly moving way. Her collages go beyond traditional techniques, incorporating fabric, raw fleece, and even poetry to create layered, tactile narratives that invite the viewer into her world. Each piece tells a story—woven from memory, material, and emotion—bringing depth and texture to her artistic vision.
Adrienne is painting from her experience of people, time and situations, using various media to create artwork depicting local or imaginary scenes – vibrant with colour and blending reality with imagination.
